Here's something most ClickFunnels users don't know they're doing wrong.

When you connect multiple domains to the same CF workspace -- a .com  and a .org  for example -- ClickFunnels publishes your content under both. Same pages. Same blog posts. Same everything. Just different domains.

Google sees two separate websites!

Every backlink you've earned is split between them. Every social share. Every ranking signal. Every blog post you've published is competing against itself. Google has to pick a winner between your own two domains.. and it may not pick the one you want.

This has been silently running since the day you connected that second domain.

And before you think of a quick workaround -- two things worth knowing..

Ignoring Google Search Console won't hide the problem. Google doesn't need you to submit anything. It finds sites through sitemap links, external backlinks, Chrome browsing data, and public SSL certificate logs. It will find both your domains regardless.

Blocking the secondary domain via robots.txt makes it worse. Blocking crawling doesn't block indexing. If Google can't crawl the page it can't read your canonical tags or noindex directives either. It may still index the URL if it finds links pointing to it -- and now you've got a messy result that consolidates nothing.

The real fix is a Cloudflare Worker on your secondary domain that injects an HTTP response header Google reads before anything else on the page.

You have two options..

The first is a dynamic canonical header. It tells Google to assign 100% of the ranking signals and link equity from the secondary domain to the exact equivalent page on your primary domain. Crawling still happens, authority flows where you want it, duplicate content problem solved.

The second is an X-Robots-Tag header set to noindex. This is the nuclear option -- Google crawls the page, reads the header, and drops the secondary domain from its index entirely. It doesn't pass equity to your primary domain but it does guarantee the duplicate is gone.

For most people the canonical header is the right move. You preserve all the SEO value you've built and consolidate it where it belongs.

One Cloudflare Worker. Covers every page on the secondary domain automatically. No changes needed in ClickFunnels at all.

Go check your domains. If you see the same blog posts listed under two different sitemaps.. this is your fix.
