Something shifted last night...

I had just finished a live training where I walked through what I've been seeing in the field.. and I want to share the version of it that's still fresh.

Funnel building as most people practice it is running out of runway.

If you're sitting in a drag and drop editor and that's the whole job.. the clock is moving. Seven and eight figure business owners in my inner circle are building their own funnels. Their own apps. Without hiring anyone. Are they as good as what a professional would produce? Sometimes no. Doesn't matter. They got it done. And they're going to keep getting it done.

That's the reality worth sitting with.

Here's what I've found on the other side of it though.

Those same business owners know they're not developers. They know what they built is fragile. They know they're not going to put a vibe-coded app in front of their audience without someone behind it who understands what's running underneath. The app that took them an afternoon to build is going to need someone when it breaks at 2am on a Sunday before a launch.

That someone can be you.

The skill set required to thrive in it isn't as far from what you already do as you might think.

You need skill files that tell your AI exactly what to build and how. You need to understand what kind of app actually produces a transformation for the end user. That's the playbook. Fix. Monitor. Maintain. Expand.

The wave of vibe-coded apps hitting the market right now is generating more opportunity for skilled funnel builders than the drag and drop era ever did. The work just looks different.
