Are you fatigued with all of the AI posts?

I get it.

For months I rolled my eyes at it.

Even as someone using it daily.

My feed was saturated. Threads. Predictions. Demos. Everyone declaring that everything was changing. It felt manic. It felt obsessive. It felt like people had lost perspective.

I watched peers quietly check out.

Mute the topic. Scroll past it. Dismiss it as hype.

Part of me understood that reaction.

Then I started looking at the projected K-shaped economic curve.

A K-shaped distribution is what happens when a major structural shift lifts one segment of society upward while another segment drifts downward. Instead of everyone moving together, the line splits. One diagonal goes up. One diagonal goes down.

Historically this has happened around industrialization, globalization, and the early internet.

AI appears positioned to do the same.

The individuals who learn to wield it as leverage increase output, speed, and economic advantage. Their work compounds. Their opportunities expand. They become force multipliers.

The individuals who do not adapt experience something different. Tasks they once performed become automated. Their bargaining power erodes. Their skill stack becomes less differentiated.

Picture a 50-year-old employee who has built competence around processes that can now be handled by an AI system. That displacement does not happen with fireworks. It happens quietly. Responsibilities shrink. Relevance fades. Options narrow.

That image changed how I felt about the saturation.

The noise stopped feeling like hype.

It started feeling like a window.

We have early visibility into a structural shift. That visibility carries responsibility.

If you have children.
If you lead teams.
If you influence peers who are checked out.

You are positioned to widen access instead of letting the curve split unattended.

The mature response is not more ego-driven AI flexing.

It is practical literacy.

Free operator workshops.
Cross-generational training.
Spaces where people can experiment without feeling stupid.
Clear explanations of leverage instead of sensational predictions.

AI is a leverage tool.

Leverage tools amplify outcomes.

The question is whether that amplification concentrates in a narrow band or spreads more broadly because enough people chose to teach, to invite, and to equip.

When I think about the future, I do not want fewer conversations about AI.

I want better ones.

I want more doors open.
